Mr. Vieira

22 years teaching Spanish in Rio de Janeiro

  • 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Redwood Secondary School
  • Since 1982
  • English
For 44 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Redwood Secondary School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've run the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Mr. Vieira

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Vieira: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
