Mr. Velasco
13 years teaching English literature in Mandaue
- 🇵🇭 Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines
- Starlight Technical College
- Since 2018
- English, Filipino
Starlight Technical College is my second home. I teach English literature there since 2018, mostly Year 10.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Velasco
If you were in my Year 10 class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.

What gifts mean to Mr. Velasco: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
