Mr. Velasco
Retired Spanish teacher from Greenfield Secondary School
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- Greenfield Secondary School
- 2014 to 2024
- English, Spanish
For ten years I was the Spanish teacher at Greenfield Secondary School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
More about Mr. Velasco
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Velasco: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me Spanish in 2025 at Greenfield Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
