Mr. Vasiliev
31 years teaching biology in Kharkiv

I teach biology at Phoenix Secondary School in Kharkiv since 2016. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've run the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Vasiliev
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Vasiliev: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me biology in 2021 at Phoenix Secondary School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped! Truly.
