I teach English literature at Highland Technical College in Vitória da Conquista since 2003. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I never turn anyone away.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Vasconcelos
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
