Mr. Vargas
13 years teaching history in Houston
- 🇺🇸 Houston, Texas, United States
- Phoenix High School
- 1989 to 2001
- English
I taught history at Phoenix High School in Houston from 1989 to 2001. Most days I taught first-year students, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Mr. Vargas
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
