I taught physical education at Medellín Primary School in Medellín from 1988 to 2023. Most days I taught primary school children, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 1,720 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Vargas
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Vargas: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
