Mr. Van der Wal
Economics and music teacher, Rotterdam
- 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
- Rotterdam High School
- 1987 to 2009
- Dutch
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 22 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
What gifts mean to Mr. Van der Wal: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me economics in 2002 at Rotterdam High School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
