Mr. Van der Veen

Retired physical education teacher from Amsterdam Technical College

  • 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
  • Amsterdam Technical College
  • 2002 to 2017
  • English, Dutch
I taught physical education and English literature at Amsterdam Technical College, Amsterdam. I played music while people worked. I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.

More about Mr. Van der Veen

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
