Mr. Van der Veen
38 years teaching chemistry in The Hague

For twelve years I have been the chemistry teacher at The Hague Public School. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Mr. Van der Veen: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me chemistry in 2025 at The Hague Public School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won!
