Mr. Valdez
38 years teaching history in Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Since 2010
- English
Los Angeles Public School is my second home. I teach history there since 2010, mostly teenagers.
Over the years I've had 850 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Valdez
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Valdez: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me history in 2020 at Los Angeles Public School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
