Mr. Valdez
History and economics teacher, Hamilton
- 🇳🇿 Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand
- 1978 to 1989
- English
I taught history at Cedar Grove Public School in Hamilton from 1978 to 1989. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 250 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Valdez
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Valdez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
