I teach design and technology at Summit Technical College in Edmonton since 2013. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 300 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Valdez
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
