I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 30 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
More about Mr. Uy
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Uy: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your first-year students class in 2021. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Alicante.
