Mr. Utomo
26 years teaching art in Jakarta
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Public School
- Since 1978
- English, Indonesian
For 48 years I have been the art teacher at Jakarta Public School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 960 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Utomo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Utomo: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
