Mr. Uchida

23 years teaching French in Shinjuku

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • Shinjuku Grammar School
  • Since 2015
  • Japanese
I teach French at Shinjuku Grammar School in Shinjuku since 2015. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term. I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Mr. Uchida

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Mr. Uchida: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
