For ten years I have been the chemistry teacher at Hope Boys' School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you were in my first-year students class, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
