Mr. Trinh
Physics and special education teacher, Hồ Chí Minh City

- Hồ Chí Minh City Primary School
- Since 1978

I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 48 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I answer every email, even at midnight.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you were in my primary school children class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Mr. Trinh: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I'm a farmer now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Brescia.

I was in your primary school children class in 1983. You believed I could do it before I did. Thank you again.

You taught me physics in 1985 at Hồ Chí Minh City Primary School. I still remember the end-of-term party
