Mr. Thornton
19 years teaching biology in Bakersfield
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Mount Pleasant Public School
- 1985 to 2009
- English
Mount Pleasant Public School was my second home. I taught biology there from 1985 to 2009, mostly primary school children.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Mr. Thornton: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
