Mr. Thornton
Retired mathematics teacher from Bakersfield Technical College
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Bakersfield Technical College
- 1996 to 2020
- English
For 24 years I was the mathematics teacher at Bakersfield Technical College. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Thornton
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Thornton: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
