I taught design and technology and physics at Peoria Public School, Peoria. My door was open at lunch.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Thornton
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Thornton: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
