Mr. Thakur
19 years teaching social studies in Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Oakland High School
- 1998 to 2019
- English
I taught social studies at Oakland High School in Oakland from 1998 to 2019. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Thakur
