Mr. Teixeira

Social studies and French teacher, Ribeirão Preto

🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
Ribeirão Preto Public School
Since 1986
Portuguese, English

For 40 years I have been the social studies teacher at Ribeirão Preto Public School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I've had 1,720 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Mr. Teixeira

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
