Mr. Tavares

Mathematics and physical education teacher, Guarulhos

  • 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Oakwood Secondary School
  • Since 1994
  • English, Portuguese
I teach mathematics and physical education at Oakwood Secondary School, Guarulhos. I write a short note to every student at the end of term. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Tavares: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
