Mr. Tavares

Social studies teacher at Queensway Girls' School, Since 1986

  • 🇧🇷 Caruaru, Pernambuco, Brazil
  • Queensway Girls' School
  • Since 1986
  • Portuguese
Queensway Girls' School is my second home. I teach social studies there since 1986, mostly Grade 8. I've run the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Mr. Tavares

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Tavares: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
