Mr. Tapia
Retired economics teacher from Madrid Middle School
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- 2015 to 2023
- Spanish
I taught economics at Madrid Middle School in Madrid from 2015 to 2023. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Tapia
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
