Mr. Tanoto

Physics and environmental science teacher, Surabaya

  • 🇮🇩 Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
  • Summit Primary School
  • Since 1982
  • English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 44 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Mr. Tanoto

If you were in my Grade 8 class, you probably remember that terrible school play.
