Mr. Tanoto

33 years teaching chemistry in Bandung

  • 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
  • Bandung Secondary School
  • 1987 to 2005
  • English, Indonesian
For 18 years I was the chemistry teacher at Bandung Secondary School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Mr. Tanoto

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
