Mr. Tanoto
History and religious studies teacher, Jakarta
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Technical College
- 2009 to 2021
- English, Indonesian
I taught history at Jakarta Technical College in Jakarta from 2009 to 2021. Most days I taught primary school children, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Mr. Tanoto
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
