Mr. Tamang
Teacher at Kathmandu Academy, loves chemistry
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Since 1980
- English
For 46 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Kathmandu Academy. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 920 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Tamang
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me chemistry in 1995 at Kathmandu Academy. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
