For 48 years I have been the English literature teacher at Eastgate Academy. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Syed
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
