Mr. Swamy
Retired Spanish teacher from Valley View Girls' School
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Valley View Girls' School
- 1986 to 1995
- English, Telugu
Valley View Girls' School was my second home. I taught Spanish there from 1986 to 1995, mostly Grade 6.
Over the years I had 430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Swamy
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Swamy: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I was in your Grade 6 class in 1997. You believed I could do it before I did Greetings from El Paso.

You taught me Spanish in 1997 at Valley View Girls' School. I still remember that terrible school play Greetings from Palmira.
