Mr. Surya
29 years teaching drama in Makassar
- 🇮🇩 Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
- Makassar Primary School
- Since 1999
- English
I teach drama and environmental science at Makassar Primary School, Makassar. I play music while people worked.
Over the years I've had 1,380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Surya
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Surya: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me drama in 2025 at Makassar Primary School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand

You taught me drama in 2020 at Makassar Primary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won. Truly.
