Mr. Surya
Retired economics teacher from Jakarta Secondary School
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Secondary School
- 2012 to 2021
- English, Indonesian
I taught economics and special education at Jakarta Secondary School, Jakarta. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Surya
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Surya: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
