I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Suharto
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Suharto: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me art in 2015 at Heritage Primary School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
