Mr. Sugawara
Chemistry and art teacher, Sapporo
- 🇯🇵 Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan
- Sapporo Middle School
- Since 1989
- Japanese, English
For 37 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Sapporo Middle School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Sugawara
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Sugawara: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
