- San Diego High School
- 1992 to 2013

I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 21 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Mr. Stanton
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Stanton: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
