Mr. Solís

Geography and home economics teacher, La Plata

  • 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
  • Beacon Academy
  • 2009 to 2018
  • Spanish
For nine years I was the geography teacher at Beacon Academy. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Mr. Solís

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
