Mr. Smirnov
French and geography teacher, Moscow
- 🇷🇺 Moscow, Moscow, Russia
- Victory Technical College
- Since 1980
- English, French
I teach French at Victory Technical College in Moscow since 1980. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Smirnov
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Smirnov: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I'm a lawyer now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Laval.
