I taught art at Mount Pleasant Academy in Montréal from 1998 to 2011. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
