I taught English literature at Silverlake Primary School in Jakarta from 2015 to 2024. Most days I taught Year 10, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
