I taught French at Bamboo Secondary School in Rio de Janeiro from 1983 to 2011. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I learned every name in the first week.
Outside the classroom I'm learning the guitar. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.

What gifts mean to Mr. Silva: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me French in 2000 at Bamboo Secondary School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake!
