Mr. Sikder
Teacher at Hope Secondary School, loves special education
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Hope Secondary School
- Since 1991
- English, Bengali
For 35 years I have been the special education teacher at Hope Secondary School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
More about Mr. Sikder
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Sikder: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me special education in 2017 at Hope Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard
