For 39 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Narayanganj Academy. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Sikder
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Sikder: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
