I taught geography at Holy Cross Secondary School in Ubud from 1982 to 1990. Most days I taught primary school children, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Mr. Siahaan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Siahaan: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
