I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 420 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Shrestha
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Shrestha: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me religious studies in 2017 at Biratnagar Public School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
