I taught physics at Tokyo High School in Tokyo from 1984 to 2010. Most days I taught Year 9, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Mr. Shimizu
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Shimizu: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.
