Mr. Shim

14 years teaching home economics in Mapo

  • 🇰🇷 Mapo, Seoul, South Korea
  • Central Girls' School
  • 1980 to 2010
  • English
For 30 years I was the home economics teacher at Central Girls' School. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Mr. Shim

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
