Mr. Shayo
Music teacher at Summit Secondary School, Since 1978
- 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

For 48 years I have been the music teacher at Summit Secondary School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I never turn anyone away.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Shayo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
