Mr. Shapiro
Chemistry teacher at Jerusalem Middle School, 1987 to 2015
- 🇮🇱 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel
- Jerusalem Middle School
- 1987 to 2015
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 1,260 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Shapiro
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Shapiro: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
